There are many different recipes for its preparation, but mainly rice is mixed with white wine, hot spices and seafood. For dessert, you should pay attention to the exquisite turron. It contains delicious nougat and nuts. The history of turron is quite interesting, the Spaniards received the recipe from the Arabs, who were once expelled from the country, and they liked the dessert so much that they decided to leave it.
